How to Return or Exchange an Item

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within X days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

✔️ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

✔️ All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

✔️ The item is not listed under non-returnable products (e.g., perishables, intimate wear, final sale items).

Note: Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Log in to Your Account – Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.

2️⃣ Click "Request Return" – Choose the reason for return and select your preferred refund method.

3️⃣ Schedule a Pickup – Our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep.

Tip: If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to self-ship the item to our return center.

Step 2: Pack the Item Securely

  • Use the original packaging if possible.
  • Ensure the return label (if provided) is attached to the package.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within X business days.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as store credit (if selected).

How to Exchange an Item

Want a different size or color? Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Request an Exchange – Go to My Orders, select the item, and choose Exchange Instead of Return.

2️⃣ Select the Replacement – Pick the new size or color.

3️⃣ Confirm & Wait for Pickup – Your old item will be picked up, and a new one will be shipped once we receive it.

Important: If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Common Issues & Solutions

🔹 I received a damaged/defective product.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, upload clear photos during the return request.
  • We will prioritize such cases for a quick resolution.

🔹 My return request was rejected. Why?

  • Items that are used, tampered with, or do not meet our return policy may be rejected.
  • Contact support if you believe this is an error.

🔹 I returned an item, but my refund is delayed.

  • Refunds typically take X days. If delayed, check your bank or payment provider.

🔹 I ordered multiple items. Can I return just one?

  • Yes! You can initiate a return for specific items instead of the whole order.

🔹 Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Return shipping is free for most products unless stated otherwise.
